Cuban Cardio Havana Nights

Come experience an authentic night in Havana Cuba right here in San Antonio, Texas! Dance the night away with this easy follow along FUN Cuban Cardio workout!

Each instructor will have you dancing authentic Cuban songs or a song by a Cuban Artist to make us feel we are in Cuba!

Attire: Workout Clothes, sneakers, Cuban attire or accessories are fun too but get ready to sweat!

Time: Class will be from 7-8:30pm then stay and party away with us afterwards dancing socially to fun salsa music and maybe have some complementary "Cuba Libre" drinks! 

ANY DONATION WORKSHOP. Any donation Proceeds will help projectsmash.org continue to provide dance and fitness for local shelters, children homes, and rehabilitation centers. We include classes like Latin Rhythms for these organizations to teach them to appreciate dance and music from different latin cultures.  Thank you for your donation for Project SMASH.
