Trainings/Lessons to choose from: Strength Training, Women over 30 Strength Training, Boxing Fitness, Cardio Hiphop Dance, Zumba, Salsa/Latin Rhythms, Basic Ballroom Waltz/Cha-Cha/2-step/Swing, SMASH the fat program. Trainings can be private or you can invite a group of friends for up to 4 people to split the cost!
Project SMASH helps the less fortunate of Las Vegas by providing dance, fitness, wellness, and entrepreneur programs for the community. Project SMASH was founded in San Antonio, Texas and now have expanded to Las Vegas, NV. We have worked with foster children, moms going through substance abuse rehabiliatation, young teen moms, teens that have gone through abuse, New Beginning children homes, street teens for homeless youth, and many more. Our mission is to provide a positive outlet through dance, music, and fitness to those that have gone through trauma which helps raise their self esteem and confidence. YOUR training/lessons donations helps us provide this. Donations are tax deductible.
