Come learn the beautiful culture of Afro-Beat music & dance from West Africa. The instructor, Mimi O Omen ,from Nigeria will start with teaching you each move along with the name and history of it. Then will combine all the moves to have you dancing and burning calories to the mystical African Beats.

This is a donation workshop where proceeds will go towards nusmashproject.org helping women & children in need. ONLINE donations required to guaranteed your spot, no donations at the door.

ATTIRE: Anything comfortable you can dance in. Ankle length skirts are optional. Recommend bare foot or socks, NO sneakers.

Policy: No Small Children or Spectators allowed in Studio during workshop ONLY students. (Older kids ok who are participating entire time with parent) Please arrive 10 minutes early.
