Best instructors learn frome one another.
This training is OPEN for ALL community dancers and instructors who are curious about joining the dance fitness industry and/or are interested in possible future instructor opportunities. This is also a great way to meet fellow instructors and improve instructor skills. Everyone is welcomed from all studios.
PLEASE NOTE: This is NOT a dance class,(although some movements will be incorporated into the training) but it is focused more on how to teach.
The Training will be divided in three portions. You can attend one or all at no cost to you.
Adult Dance Fitness Instructor Training 11:45am-1:45pm
Kids Dance Instructor Training 2pm-4pm
Project SMASH nonprofit dance instructor training 4:15pm -6:15pm

Class Timeline, how to work with different level students in same class
Working on technique and choreography
Classroom expectations
Student Code of Conduct & more!
And OF COURSE some dancing will be incorporated to get you moving!:)
Project SMASH training will go over:
How to teach dance to those at our partnership nonprofit facilities who are recovering from different forms of abuse and how dance is therapeutic.
This is a FUN FREE TRAINING where you will learn a lot and build friendships with other dance instructors.
