Non-intimidating dance movement class that will rejuvenate you! Start off with a very deep relaxing stretches to ease all of your tension. Then you will learn basic bellydance moves for women of ALL shapes and sizes. Then we will learn very slow sensuous floor moves to release your inner- Goddess!
ATTIRE: All ladies are welcomed. This is a very relaxing fun sexy empowering class. Wear yoga pants & bring KNEE PADS if you have sensitive knees.
Class will start barefoot or socks and optional, add heels later at the end of class if you choose to(not required).
